District Administration & Wings of Wisdom Launch second phase of 'Bal Sansad' Training for 100+ Schools
The District Administration, in collaboration with the Wings of Wisdom Foundation, successfully conducted virtual training session today to launch the second phase of *Bal Sansad* (Children’s Parliament) initiative.

Ludhiana, December 19, 2025: The District Administration, in collaboration with the Wings of Wisdom Foundation, successfully conducted virtual training session today to launch the second phase of *Bal Sansad* (Children’s Parliament) initiative.
The training has been attended by Social Studies and Political Science teachers from over 100 schools in the session. These educators will now implement the Bal Sansad framework in their respective schools, aiming to foster leadership, civic sense and democratic values among students.
The training was facilitated by the Wings of Wisdom Foundation. Key roles in driving the implementation of this project were played by Deputy DEO Amandeep Singh, Ambar Bandopadhyay, District Development Fellow and Mahabub, District Transformation Intern, from the DC Office, who emphasized the importance of experiential civic learning in the district's curriculum.
