District Administration Ludhiana launches Helpline Number 79735-30515

Ludhiana, May 31, 2022: For the redressal of several complaints related to illegal mining, open bores, environmental pollution, burning of stubble, traffic problem, illegal encroachments on government properties, de-addiction centres, travel agents etc, District Administration Ludhiana has started a helpline number. Through this whatsapp helpline number 79735-30515, residents can submit their complaints.

In a press statement issued today, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Surabhi Malik said with the help of this helpline number 79735-30515 (only whatsapp), Ludhiana residents can submit their complaints related to illegal mining, open bores, environmental pollution, burning of stubble, traffic problem, illegal encroachments on government properties, de-addiction centres, travel agents etc.

She said that this helpline number would remain operational 24X7 and dedicated staff has been deputed to ensure that all complaints received on this helpline number are dealt with on time. She said that earlier, different officers used to receive complaints, due to which sometimes the complaint could not be redressed on time, but now residents can submit their complaints at this dedicated helpline number.

She also assured of redressal of complaints of all the residents.
