Sampla, 1 September, 2025: Director of Haryana Institute of Rural Development, Nilokheri; Dr. Virendra Singh Chauhan held a meeting with the village secretaries of the Sampla block at the BDP Office in Sampla today. Block Development and Panchayat Officer Shikha Sahrawat welcomed Dr. Chauhan.
It was decided in the meeting that this time, Gram Sabhas in Bhainsru Kala, Kultana and Hasangarh will be organised in an ideal manner and all the rules and government guidelines will be followed. In his address, Dr. Virender Singh Chauhan called upon the village secretaries to do their entire official and government work in Hindi. He said that at present, government correspondence is partially done in English, but in the coming time, a tradition of doing it 100% in the official language Hindi will be established. In this regard, he will also discuss with the senior officials of the department.
After the meeting of the village secretaries, HIRD Director also held a meeting with the councilors and representatives of Sampla Municipal Committee and discussed various issues related to the local municipality. On this occasion, representative of the Municipal Chairperson Bijendra Indora and councilors Manjit Sen, Mahavir Dhamija, Kamal, Jogendra and Ajay Pawar were present. The councilors apprised Dr. Chauhan of various problems of Sampla. Dr. Virender Singh Chauhan assured that he would present these issues before the concerned high officials of the government and make appropriate efforts to resolve them.
Many village secretaries including village secretaries Ajit Duhan, Mahesh Kaushik, Kuldeep Singh, Amit Kumar, Pragati, Shweta were present in the meeting of the village secretaries. Apart from this, many dignitaries including social workers Jaynarayan, Ashish, Jitendra and Pawan were also present.
