Jalandhar, March 21, 2023: World Happiness Day was celebrated by students at Dips School Uggi by sharing happiness among r classmates and finding ways to be happy for ourselves. During this, the children did petting, dancing and singing along with the teachers. Children tried to express their feelings through painting, song and dance. In 2023, the theme of Happiness Day has been kept Be Mindful, Be Grateful, Be Kind. Through this, an attempt was made to tell and explain to people how they can keep themselves happy with some exercises and habits.

Teachers told the children that the United Nations first started celebrating this day. According to the World Happiness Index of 2023, Finland got the title of being number 1, Denmark at number two and Iceland at number three. The people of these places are the happiest and the crime rate is very low. At the same time, India was ranked 126th in this list. This year's theme means that together we can create a happier and kinder world by adopting simple, daily practices.

Principal Mamta Yadav said that we should not wait for any big occasion to be happy in life. We should find happiness in every little thing. We should do those things which calm us down and help us to think new. Like cooking, petting, dance, singing, sports, craft, reading, shopping etc. 

CEO Monica Mandotra said that the most happiness in life comes when we learn to forgive because when we live in the middle of hatred in this tension and pressure life, we forget to laugh. That's why it is very important to love everyone in life to smile.
