Rohtak, January 21, 2026: Saptak Cultural Society, Rohtak will present its renowned plays, "Gadhe Ki Baraat" and the solo play "Dayashankar Ki Diary", at the two-day Indo-Nepal Theatre Festival in Kathmandu, Nepal, starting January 23rd. This information was given by Vishwa Deepak Trikha, the director of both plays and renowned theatre artist.

District Information and Public Relations Officer, Sanjeev Saini flagged off the theatre team for Kathmandu. Congratulating the artists, DIPRO Sanjeev Saini said that under the leadership of Vishwa Deepak Trikha, the artists of Saptak have not only showcased Indian culture in India but also abroad. He expressed hope that the artists from Rohtak would leave a lasting impression on the hearts of art lovers in Nepal.

Saptak President Avinash Saini, Javelin Thrower Gulshan Sharma, Amit Dahiya, Gulab Singh, and Subhash Nagara were also present on the occasion. The theatre troupe, traveling to Kathmandu with the aim of further strengthening the strong cultural ties between India and Nepal, includes Sukumar Sharma, Vikas Rohilla, Jagdeep, Shakti Sarovar Trikha, Tarun Pushp Trikha, and Rajesh Kumar. The team will arrive in Nepal on January 22nd and return on January 26th after their performances.
