Did Abhishek's departure lead to Anna’s accident?

Times are changing at Gokhale House as Anna’s (Deven Bhojani) beloved son, Abhishek (Akshay Kelkar) heads to New Zealand to live with his birth mother, Rasila (Pallavi Pradhan). Sony SAB’s Bhakharwadi is set to witness the most heartbreaking and emotional moment as Abhishek bids farewell to his family. Rasila makes up her mind to take her son Abhishek along with Gayatri to New Zealand. While Anna initially tries his best to somehow postpone Rasila’s plans by playing childish tricks but Anna has now finally given up. The entire Gokhale and Thakkar family is unhappy and they start reminiscing their dearest memories with Abhishek. Abhishek and Gayatri start their preparations to leave but things take a surprising turn when Gayatri decides to stay back in India after witnessing Anna’s miserable condition.

Abhishek with a heavy heart accepts Gayatri’s decision and bids farewell to Anna and his family. While Rasila and Abhishek head towards the airport, Anna on his way back home, meets with a tragic accident which results in Anna losing his eye sight.
