Rohtak, February 25, 2026: The three-day annual fair, organized in memory of Siddha Shiromani Baba Mastnath, concluded with immense devotion and enthusiasm. A large number of devotees thronged the Math premises early Wednesday morning on the occasion of Navami. The entire atmosphere resonated with hymns and kirtans as long queues lined up for darshan at Baba's samadhi.

Mahant Balaknath Yogi, seated at the samadhi site in traditional saintly attire, blessed the devotees. After the darshan, devotees prayed for the happiness, prosperity, and world peace for their families. The estimated number of devotees on the final day of the fair exceeded one lakh. A large number of MPs and MLAs, along with other devotees, arrived from Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, and other states to bow their heads and seek blessings.

On Wednesday, prominent figures including Aseem Kumar (MLA, Kushinagar), Ramesh Khinchi (MLA), Manjinder Singh Sirsa (Cabinet Minister, Delhi), Ramchandra Jangra (Rajya Sabha MP), Maman Singh (former MLA, Tijara), Satpal Singh Tomar (former Rajya Sabha MP), Hansraj Ahir (former Minister of State for Home Affairs and Chairman of the National Commission for Backward Classes), Subhash Meel (MLA, Khandela), Mnaish Grover (Former Minister) and other political figures, saints, social workers, and public representatives paid obeisance at the shrine of Baba Mastnath and prayed for peace, prosperity, and harmony.

The main attraction of the final day of the fair was a grand wrestling competition, in which renowned wrestlers from across the country displayed their powerful moves in the arena. In the wrestling competition, Bhupendra Ajnal of Punjab won the first prize of ₹151,000 after a thrilling contest. Parveen Bhola received the second prize of ₹100,000. The third match was a draw between Deepak Bohar and Kala Sisan. The winners were awarded first, second, and third prizes.

The ascetic monks, lighting a fire in the monastery premises, with dreadlocks hanging down and ashes smeared on their bodies, were also a center of attraction for the devotees. Crowds of people, from young to old, gathered to see the Naga monks and seek their blessings. Along with the religious events, the fair saw crowds of people flocking to shops selling traditional clothing, religious materials, offerings, toys, jewelry, and decorative items. Children and youth enjoyed the swings and other entertainment facilities.
