A devotee family from Pune, Maharashtra, offered a 100-gram gold necklace at the renowned Mata Bajreshwari Temple on Wednesday as a mark of devotion and gratitude to the Goddess.

Dharamshala, May 7, 2026: A devotee family from Pune, Maharashtra, offered a 100-gram gold necklace at the renowned Mata Bajreshwari Temple on Wednesday as a mark of devotion and gratitude to the Goddess.
Temple official Shivali Thakur said that Vinod N. Sharma, along with his family members, presented the gold necklace as an offering for the Goddess’s bed. The necklace is estimated to be worth around ₹16 lakh.
She said the family has deep faith in Mata Bajreshwari and had travelled from Pune specifically to seek the blessings of the Goddess. During the visit, Vinod N. Sharma and his family members — Usha Sharma, Hemant, Tarun and Manoj — performed special prayers at the temple before dedicating the necklace.
Speaking on the occasion, Vinod N. Sharma said his family has been visiting the temple for many years and shares a strong spiritual connection with the shrine. He added that the family had vowed to offer the gold necklace after the fulfillment of a wish, and the pledge has now been fulfilled.
The temple administration expressed gratitude to the devotee family for their offering and devotion.
