Dev Samaj College of Education celebrates arrival of spring   

Chandigarh: Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36B, Chandigarh celebrated the festival of 'Basant Panchami' in the college premises. Dr. (Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon, The principal of the college who was the Chief Guest for the event, addressed the gathering.
 
All students, teachers and other faculty members celebrated the arrival of the spring season with enthusiasm. The celebration was marked by wearing yellow apparel by the girl students. Students also bagged titles of ‘Miss Basant’, ‘Miss Elegant’, ‘Miss Best Dressed’, etc.
 
Girls brought delicacies of yellow hues for the competition of ‘Yummiest Yellow Dish’ and the girls whose dishes came in the first three were awarded planters. The event ended with a bustling DJ party in which girl students danced on traditional songs.
