Ludhiana, September 16, 2026: The Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, visited Lord Mahavir Civil Hospital, Ludhiana, to review the healthcare facilities, patient care services, and overall functioning of the hospital.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the hospital administration and healthcare staff to assess the availability of essential facilities and identify areas requiring improvement. Emphasis was laid on ensuring efficient delivery of healthcare services, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and providing patient-centric care.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and strengthen coordination among departments for the effective functioning of the hospital.
The Civil Surgeon Dr Ramandeep Kaur, Deputy Medical Commissioner Dr Varun Saggar, Senior Medical Officers Dr Akhil Sarin, Dr Rohit Rampal and Governance Associate Shweta Sharma were also present during the visit.
The visit was aimed at reviewing the existing healthcare infrastructure and ensuring that patients receive accessible, efficient, and quality medical services at the hospital.
