Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, Panjab University, Celebrates Alumni Meet 2025 as Part of 6th Global Alumni Meet
As a part of Panjab University’s “6th Global Alumni Meet-2025” on 01.11.2025, the Department of Life Long Learning and Extension also celebrated Alumni Meet-2025 in the Department. About 55 Ex-Students alongwith Faculty Members and Staff attended the Alumni Meet very enthusiastically.

Chandigarh, November 1, 2025: As a part of Panjab University’s “6th Global Alumni Meet-2025” on 01.11.2025, the Department of Life Long Learning and Extension also celebrated Alumni Meet-2025 in the Department. About 55 Ex-Students alongwith Faculty Members and Staff attended the Alumni Meet very enthusiastically.
Prof. Ajaib Singh, Dr. Gaurav Gaur and Prof. Dinesh Bishnoi attended the meet as Guest of Honour. Dr. Parmjit Singh Kang, Chairperson, Department of Life Long Learning welcomed Prof. Ajaib Singh, former Head of Department (HOD) of DLLL&E, member of Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) and also remained member of National Minority Commission (NMC), who preside over the meet. He also welcomed Dr. Gaurav Gaur, Centre for Social Work and Prof. Dinesh Bishnoi from the Department of Law who is also working as Chief of University Security, Panjab University.
Prof. Ajaib Singh addressed and blessed the Ex-Students of Diploma in Pre-School Education. He also advised them about their future plans and wished them success in every walk of life.
During the meet some alumnis shared their experiences and success stories. They narrated how the department and teachers helped them. In the last, Dr. Kang proposed a Vote of thanks.
