Delhi World Public School’s Kanak Yadav wins Silver Medal at Punjab State Badminton Championship
Kanak Yadav a student of Class IX at Delhi World Public School, Zirakpur, has brought laurels to her school by winning a silver medal at the Punjab State Inter-School Badminton Championship (Under-14 Girls). The championship was held at Nawanshahr, Punjab, and witnessed participation from 22 district teams and 90 young athletes across the state, making the competition truly intense.

The championship was held at Nawanshahr, Punjab, and witnessed participation from 22 district teams and 90 young athletes across the state, making the competition truly intense.
Throughout the tournament, Kanak showcased remarkable skill, determination, and sportsmanship, advancing through each round to reach the finals. Competing against a strong team from Ferozepur, she displayed an exceptional performance to secure the second position. Her success reflects her dedication to the sport and her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Director Principal Dr. Manisha Sahni congratulated Kanak on her outstanding achievement and said, “We are extremely proud of Kanak’s remarkable performance.
