Premier School announces setting up of M.S.Dhoni Cricket and Eric Benny Football School and HMG Centre for Sports Excellence
Indore: Jagran Social Welfare Society, in collaboration with Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi, today announced opening of its newest Delhi Public School in Rau, Indore. This will be the second Delhi Public School in city and will be based at Rau, Indore with its first session commencing from 2019. Located in Sprawling 32 acres picturesque campus at Rau, Indore. the new school is going to be home to two most iconic sports brand names, viz, M.S.Dhoni Cricket Academy and Eric Benny Football School.

On the occasion Shri Hari Mohan Gupta also announced the launch of HMG Centre for Sports Excellence which aims to be Central India’s premier sports facility. Built on 10 acres of land and a 45,000 sqft of indoor sports facility, the Centre will provide world-class sport facilities for athletes, coaches and sports academies and shall play a pivotal role in the identification and progression of deserving young talent of the country.
One of the foremost offering from this centre is launch of Eric Benny Football School which will have a residential school program in collaboration with DPS Rau, Indore, provide mentorship & training by Eric Benny, who is a former Indian Football Player & General Manager Indian Football team. The Football school will provide full-time German coaches with technical inputs from DFI, Germany, special camps with national & international players, and Exposure trips to European Clubs.

Another iconic partnership which was launched today was with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former Indian Cricket Captain. For the first time in Madhya Pradesh MS Dhoni & DPS Rau, Indore have collaborated to set up M S Dhoni Cricket Academy that will be housed at DPS Rau, Indore and will be mentored by MS Dhoni and other national and International players along with special camps and cricket tours. The academy will have indoor and outdoor practice areas, Bowling machines, Video analysis facilities, App based progress tracking.
M.S.Dhoni sent his message for the occasion and said, “I am happy to collaborate with DPS Rau, Indore for setting up first M.S.Dhoni Cricket Academy of Madhya Pradesh in Indore, which will train you like a champion to make you a champion”.
