Delegation consisting of 35 Members of CII Ludhiana Zone visit Centex International Pvt Ltd

Ludhiana, February 10, 2024: A delegation consisting of 35 Members of CII Ludhiana Zone visited Centex International Pvt. Ltd, Ludhiana to see the latest Automated technologies and overwhelm working culture adopted by the industry.  

Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited said that members saw a highly motivated workforce, perfect Lean manufacturing process, and new product development initiatives for finding new opportunities in the international market. In Centex International, impressive use of IT Software to integrate the machines and effective management of space were observed during the visit.

Vineet Sood, Managing Director of Centex International Pvt. Ltd and Sunil Manhas interacted with the delegation and shared about the numerous key initiatives taken by them for growth and effective plant management. They shared that employee engagement and manufacturing excellence are the key factors of success.  

Dr. Prem Kumar, Panellist, CII Ludhiana Zone and other Senior Members shared that it was an eye-opening industrial visit to Centex, where they set up advanced machines for new development and latest equipment’s producing the best varieties of product range for international market.
