Ludhiana, November 4, 2022: The 14th edition of WIZTECH 2022, was organized on December 4th, by the DCM Group of Schools. The event has been an opportunity for students to achieve technological brilliance and showcase their talent in the field of emerging technologies. As many as 400 students from Schools from all over India participated in this mega event virtually.
In his inaugural speech, the CEO of the DCM Group, Anirudh Gupta addressed the guests, judges, teachers, and students from the participating schools. He hailed the assembly with the motive of encouraging technology, scientific thinking, and innovation.
WIZTECH Convener Deepali Mahna and Project Coordinator Avinash Kaur said that students showcased their talents in different categories of this Techno-festival namely App Design, ExpressPoster MineCraft, Play That!,JAM ,Forge, Peroration,Sway,Spell IT,Furbish , Crack the Code, AI (Design Thinking), Decode the Code etc.
Anaahat Singh Bhatia in Plat That & Vanshika Rikhi in War of Words bagged First prize. Rivaan Bir Singh in Express Poster ,Namish Verma & Aanya Kalra in SWAY, Priyani Lekhi in JAM ,and Lakshay Aggarwal in PowerPoint Presentation bagged Second position .Uddish Gulati in Peroration ,Ridhi Gujral in War of Words, Shubh Verma & Lok Sharma in Mine Craft,Harsh Virmani & Himagra Kapoor in App Design, Akshita & Chaitanya Ramakrishna Kale in Intelligence Retrieval bagged Third position .
Principal Rajni Kalra congratulated the winners and appreciated the participation of students in the Annual Technovaganza- WIZTECH 2022 for making it a resounding success.
