DC Sachin Gupta started the "Administration in Your Village" initiative from Village Bhainsru Kalan

Rohtak, September 26, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta stated that the district administration will make efforts to develop all villages in the district as model villages. They will provide basic amenities similar to cities. He said that Bhainsru Kalan village will be made the district's first model village. Regarding all the village's demands, he assured that the district administration will make efforts to fulfill them.
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta was addressing the villagers as the chief guest at a night stay program organized under the Haryana Uday program at the village secretariat in Bhainsru Kalan village of Sampla block. Earlier, he, along with Superintendent of Police Narendra Bijarnia, planted a sapling in the village secretariat premises and encouraged the villagers to plant as many trees as possible.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration will fully resolve the villagers' drinking water problem by December. The district administration is working on a drinking water project, covering 12 villages, including Bhainsru Kalan.
He said that a new initiative, "Administration in Your Village," has been launched under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar. Under this initiative, the district administration will reach out to villages to provide benefits of welfare schemes at their doorsteps and address villagers' problems on the spot.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration will conduct feasibility checks on the village roads, develop parks, connect the village with the Bhainsru Khurd veterinary hospital, declare the village illuminated under the "Mhara Gaon-Jagmag Gaon" scheme, renovate the pond under the Amrit Sarovar scheme, and other demands. He added that the government has launched the ambitious Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana, under which women from eligible families will receive financial assistance of ₹2,100 per month starting November 1st. He said that all 50 identified women in the village will be registered under the scheme and provided benefits.
DC Sachin Gupta distributed wheelchairs, waist belts, and walking sticks to beneficiaries on behalf of the District Red Cross Society, and distributed Old Age Honorarium benefit letters to eligible individuals on the spot on behalf of the Social Welfare Department. He also handed over grant letters to beneficiaries who had installed solar systems and honored a brave woman from the village.
The Deputy Commissioner listened to the villagers' complaints and problems during the overnight stay program and directed the officials of the concerned departments present on the spot to address these grievances. The Gram Panchayat honored the Deputy Commissioner and all senior officials of the district administration by presenting them with turbans and shawls. Village Sarpanch Sunita Devi and Sarpanch representative Rishi Prakash presented the village's memorandum of demands to the Deputy Commissioner.
Present during the event were Superintendent of Police Narendra Bijarnia, ADC Narendra Kumar, Sampla SDM Utsav Anand, RTA Secretary Virendra Dhul, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, Transport General Manager Vipin Kumar, DSP Rakesh Kumar, DRO Pramod Chahal, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, BDPO Shikha Sehrawat, senior officials from the relevant departments, and villagers.
