DC Sachin Gupta reviews the preparations prior to the visit of Chief Justice Surya Kant on Saturday

Rohtak, February 13, 2026: Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant will attend three events in Rohtak on Saturday, February 14.

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, along with administrative officials, inspected the preparations for the Chief Justice's events and provided necessary instructions to the officials.

DC Sachin Gupta, along with Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma, Superintendent of Police Surendra Singh Bhauria, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, and other senior administrative officials, reached the helipad late in the evening to review the preparations. He then inspected the arrangements for the Haryana Excellence Awards ceremony at the Indoor Stadium at Baba Mastnath University and provided necessary instructions to the officials on the spot.

The Deputy Commissioner, along with officials, inspected the preparations for the Alumni Meet ceremony at the Tagore Auditorium at MDU. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, along with Justice Vikas Suri, Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court and Administrative Judge of the Rohtak District and Sessions Division, District and Sessions Judge Ajay Tewatia, and other senior officials of the district administration, also reviewed the preparations for the felicitation ceremony to be held at the local judicial complex.

The Deputy Commissioner said that Hon'ble Chief Justice Surya Kant will attend the Haryana Excellence Award ceremony to be held at the local Baba Mastnath University as the chief guest on February 14 at 12 noon. After this, the Chief Justice will attend the programmes to be organised at the MDU campus at 1 pm. The Hon'ble Chief Justice will also attend the felicitation ceremony being organised in his honour by the District Bar Association at the local judicial complex as the chief guest.

Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Anand Kumar Sharma, Superintendent of Police Surendra Singh Bhauria, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, ASP YVR Shashi Shekhar and Prateek Agarwal, SDM Ashish Kumar, SDM Meham Vipin Kumar, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhul, MD of Meham Cooperative Sugar Mill Mukund Tanwar, MD of Bhali Anandpur Cooperative Sugar Mill Shweta Suhag, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, OSD of Divisional Commissioner Shubham, Additional Director (Region) of Information Public Relations and Language Department R.S. Sangwan, DRO Pramod Chahal, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chandra, besides other senior administrative and judicial officers were present during the inspection.
