Rohtak, September 21, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has instructed the Public Health Engineering Department to resolve all drinking water complaints by September 30. He said that providing clean and sufficient drinking water to citizens remains the district administration’s top priority.

To ensure prompt redressal, colony-wise nodal officers have been appointed and timings of supply have been fixed. For colonies including DLF Colony, Old Housing Board, Subhash Nagar, Khokhra Kot, Prem Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Jat College Area, Arya Nagar, New Housing Board, Model Town, Tilak Nagar, Sheila Bypass, Suncity, Ashok Colony near Gohana Adda, and Gandhi Camp, nodal officers Mayank (94162-01962) and Bhudev (90531-68910) have been designated.

Citizens can also contact Executive Engineer Sandeep Kumar (90505-27311), SDE Anil Rohilla (89013-55642), and lodge complaints of contaminated water with the District Chemist (89013-88358). Based on complaints, teams are collecting water samples daily and taking corrective steps immediately.

The DC said that the city’s water is supplied through four main water houses and multiple boosting stations, and contact numbers of operator in-charges have been made public for residents’ convenience.
