DC Sachin Gupta instructs Officers to complete preparations on time for the Chief Minister’s programs on September 14 and 17

Rohtak, September 10, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to ensure that all preparations and arrangements for the proposed programs of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on September 14 and 17 in Rohtak city are completed on time. Officers must start preparations for the ceremony from today itself.

DC Sachin Gupta was presiding over a meeting with senior officers and heads of departments in the conference hall of the Mini Secretariat, along with Municipal Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma and ADC & CEO of Zila Parishad Narendra Kumar. He said that CM Nayab Singh Saini will attend the ceremony at the local Saini Education Society on September 14. All concerned officers should complete the preparations for this event seriously and on time.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the PWD officers will oversee the arrangements for the main stage of the ceremony. He directed that a helipad be prepared at the local police lines for the event. He instructed the Rohtak SDM to make seating arrangements on the main stage in coordination with the institute’s representatives. The District Informatics Officer was instructed to provide high-speed internet for the live coverage of the program so that uninterrupted broadcasting can be ensured.

DC Sachin Gupta further directed that toilets be arranged for VVIPs at the ceremony. Police will be responsible for parking, security, and traffic management during the event. The quality of the sound system must also be checked.

The Deputy Commissioner instructed officers that CM Nayab Singh Saini will attend various programs in the district on September 17. Concerned departments must complete their assigned responsibilities and ensure all preparations are finalized on time. Responsibilities for the CM’s proposed programs were assigned to the respective departmental officers. CM Nayab Singh Saini will be the chief guest in the state level function of  Bhagwan Vishavkarma Jayanti on September 17, which will be orgranised at local new grain market.

Present at the meeting were ASPs YVR Shashi Shekhar and Prateek Agrawal, SDM Sampla Utsav Anand, SDM Rohtak Ashish Kumar, Special Officer (Sanitation) Pradeep Kaushik, Joint Commissioner Manjeet Kumar, MD of Rohtak Cooperative Sugar Mill Shweta Suhag, Secretary RTA Virender Singh Dhul, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, GM Transport Vipin Kumar, OSD to Divisional Commissioner Shubham, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chander, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DRO Pramod Chahal, and other senior officials. Maham SDM Mukund Tanwar joined the meeting via video conferencing.

In view of the proposed visit of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and District Superintendent of Police Narendra Bijarnia inspected the program venues this evening. Regarding the event at Saini Education Society, DC Sachin Gupta and SP Narendra Bijarnia issued necessary directions to the institution’s office-bearers about stage arrangements, VIP parking, public parking, and security arrangements. Both officers also inspected the grain market. During this, Municipal Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, Sampla SDM Utsav Anand, ASPs YVR Shashi Shekhar and Prateek Agrawal, Rohtak SDM Ashish Kumar along with officials of various departments were present.
