Rohtak, September 19, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has instructed officers and employees to wear attire that maintains the dignity of the office. The Deputy Commissioner was speaking to media personnel today in his office.
Dc Sachin Gupta said that as per the service guidelines, it is already mentioned that officers and employees should wear clothes that reflect courtesy, discipline, and civility. Along with this, he also said that officers and employees should use mobile phones only when necessary or related to official work. He emphasized that all officers and employees have joined government service with the objective of serving the public and must perform their duties in the same spirit.
Answering a question, he said that biometric attendance will soon be introduced in all offices and salary will be paid accordingly.
The Deputy Commissioner further said that all departments will have to issue a field work schedule so that people visiting offices do not face any inconvenience. He added that whenever officers or employees go to the field for government work, they must make an entry in the movement register.
Appealing to the general public, he said that if they have any problem, they should come to the grievance redressal camps, because many issues are related to two or more departments. In such cases, the problem can be resolved on the spot in these camps where officers from all departments are present. He informed that grievance redressal camps are organized twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
