DC Sachin Gupta gives instructions to make Roads Pothole-Free by September 30
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta instructed the officials of road-owning agencies/departments to make all roads in the district pothole-free by September 30 and issue certificates. Officers must upload Action Taken Reports (ATR) on portals such as CM Window, Jansamvad, Samadhan Shivir, etc. He directed all officers to ensure timely submission of progress reports of government schemes.

Rohtak, September 24, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta instructed the officials of road-owning agencies/departments to make all roads in the district pothole-free by September 30 and issue certificates. Officers must upload Action Taken Reports (ATR) on portals such as CM Window, Jansamvad, Samadhan Shivir, etc. He directed all officers to ensure timely submission of progress reports of government schemes.
DC Sachin Gupta was reviewing the implementation of various schemes in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat, Rohtak, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, ASP Prateek Agarwal, SDM Sampla Utsav Anand, SDM Rohtak Ashish Kumar, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manjeet Kumar, and City Magistrate Ankit Kumar. He strictly instructed road-owning agencies/departments to make all district roads pothole-free by September 30, as per government directions, and submit certificates. He emphasized that the work done by the departments should be visible on the ground and all roads should be suitable for vehicle movement.
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta further said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is scheduled to review district progress; hence officers must provide progress reports of their respective schemes without delay. He stressed that all actions taken to resolve complaints on CM Window, Jansamvad, Samadhan Shivir, etc., must be uploaded to the portals. He also directed the Health Department to identify unvaccinated children, particularly in slum areas, and conduct special vaccination camps.
During the meeting, he reviewed progress on Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, PM Matru Vandana Yojana, PM SVANidhi Yojana, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, PM Fasal Bima Yojana, PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana, Chief Minister’s announcements, Samadhan Shivir, Jansamvad, solar pumps, organic farming, groundwater level, drinking water supply, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Mukhya Mantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana, Chirag Yojana, Mera Gaon-Jagmag Gaon, PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Vocal for Local & Startups, Anganwadi services, Poshan Abhiyan, child labor eradication, etc., from concerned departmental officers and instructed them to make greater efforts to achieve targets.
Present on the occasion were Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chandra, DRO Pramod Chahal, Medical Superintendent of Pt. BDS UHS Dr. Kundan Mittal, and senior officials of related departments.
