Rohtak, September 21, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed officials to ensure 100% registration of eligible women under the state government’s flagship Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana (DDLLOY).

The scheme will be launched on September 25, 2025, through a dedicated mobile app. A special district-level programme will be organized in Rohtak on September 25, 2025 to mark the launch of the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana (DDLLOY).

The event will feature the official launch ceremony of DDLLOY, a Mega Health Camp in coordination with the Health Department, and the inauguration of selected public welfare projects and facilities.

At the district-level event, the Chief Guest will be Dr. Arvind Sharma, Cooperative Minister. Among the dignitaries attending the launch includes Former Minister Manish Grover, Chairperson Zila Parishad Manju Hooda.

Under the scheme, each eligible woman (aged 23 years or above, from families with an annual income up to ₹1 lakh) will receive ₹2100 per month through Direct Benefit Transfer. Multiple eligible women from one family may apply. Women who are government employees, income tax payers, or already receiving certain social security benefits will not be eligible, except in special cases such as cancer or rare disease patients.

Registration is free of cost through the app (available on Android and iOS). Camps will also be organized on September 25 to assist women in registration and provide health check-ups for around 10,000 women in each district.

Regarding the implementation of the scheme, Dr. G Anupama, Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Welfare and Antyodaya (Seva) Department, issued necessary guidelines through video conferencing. Present at the district-level meeting were ADC Narendra Kumar, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chandra Arya, DSWO Mahabir Godara, and DWO Renu Sisodia.
