DC Sachin Gupta distributes Beneficiary Certificates of Various Schemes
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta distributed beneficiary certificates of various schemes under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Welfare, and Antyodaya Department. Under the "Seva Pakhwada," these certificates were provided to the beneficiaries of different schemes.

Rohtak, September 24, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta distributed beneficiary certificates of various schemes under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Welfare, and Antyodaya Department. Under the "Seva Pakhwada," these certificates were provided to the beneficiaries of different schemes.
Addressing the certificate distribution ceremony organized at DRDA conference hall in Zila Vikas Bhawan, Sachin Gupta said that the government is ensuring direct benefit to the beneficiaries through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). On the occasion, new beneficiaries of Old Age Samman Allowance were given pension beneficiary certificates by the Social Justice & Empowerment Department. He also distributed certificates of other schemes and Fixed Deposits (FDs) to newly married couples under the Chief Minister Inter-Caste Social Harmony Marriage Shagun Yojana. A camp was also organized for the Nomadic community to make caste certificates, in which 100 individuals applied.
He informed that during the financial year 2025-26, under the Chief Minister Marriage Shagun Yojana, 1,103 beneficiaries have been provided financial assistance of ₹5 crore 83 lakh 33 thousand; under the Chief Minister Inter-Caste Social Harmony Marriage Shagun Yojana, 45 beneficiaries (newly married couples) received ₹1 crore 12 lakh 50 thousand in FDs; and under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Revised Scholarship Scheme, 435 beneficiaries received ₹34 lakh 80 thousand.
On this occasion, DSWO Mahavir Godara, DWO Renu Sisodia, other related officials, and scheme beneficiaries were present.
