DC Sachin Gupta directs to properly resolve every citizen’s grievance in Samadhan Shivir

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officials to ensure proper and timely resolution of every grievance brought by citizens during the Samadhan Shivir so that they do not have to visit repeatedly. He said that, in line with government instructions, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized with the objective of providing instant solutions to every citizen’s problem under one roof.

Rohtak, August 28, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officials to ensure proper and timely resolution of every grievance brought by citizens during the Samadhan Shivir so that they do not have to visit repeatedly. He said that, in line with government instructions, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized with the objective of providing instant solutions to every citizen’s problem under one roof.

DC Sachin Gupta, while listening to the grievances of citizens in the Samadhan Shivir along with ADC Narendra Kumar, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DRO Pramod Chahal, and DMC Jitender Kumar; said that citizens come to these Shivirs with the expectation of having their grievances resolved, therefore officials must ensure the quickest possible redressal so that people are not made to run from pillar to post.

He added that, as per the directions of the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the district as well as sub-divisional headquarters. Officers from concerned departments remain present in these camps, and the process of resolving each grievance received in the camp is initiated on the spot. Officials must ensure that every citizen’s grievance is resolved to the maximum possible extent.

While hearing complaints related to Family ID, ADC Narendra Kumar said that the district administration will conduct a physical verification of the annual income of complainants. Based on this verification, necessary amendments will be made in the Family ID records. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure early and proper disposal of complaints received regarding CRID, Municipal Corporation, UHBVN, Revenue, Development & Panchayat, Health, HSVP, Welfare Department, Social Welfare Department, PGIMS, and others.

Executive Engineer Arun Kumar from the Irrigation Department, Executive Engineer Seema Nara from UHBVN, Traffic Manager Naveen Kumar from the Transport Department, District Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Satpal, District Red Cross Society Secretary Shyam Sunder and other senior/nodal officers from concerned departments were present on this occasion.
