Chairing a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat to assess the status of complaints received through CM Window, Jan Samvad, CPGRAMS, NGT and Samadhan Shivirs, the Deputy Commissioner emphasised that addressing public grievances effectively is a key priority of the district administration.

DC Sachin Gupta instructed officers to prioritise the satisfaction level of complainants while resolving grievances and ensure that no complaint registered on these platforms remains pending unnecessarily. He directed officers to regularly review the status of complaints at their level and take prompt action to ensure their timely disposal.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the State Government has established multiple grievance redressal platforms such as CM Window, Samadhan Shivirs, Jan Samvad, CPGRAMS and NGT to enable citizens to register their complaints conveniently and receive prompt relief.
