DC Sachin Gupta directs to Ensure Timely and Effective Disposal of All Complaints Received in Samadhan Shivirs

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta today directed all officers to ensure that every complaint received in Samadhan Shivirs is resolved promptly and effectively, with a focus on providing sustainable and satisfactory solutions to citizens.

Rohtak, March 19, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta today directed all officers to ensure that every complaint received in Samadhan Shivirs is resolved promptly and effectively, with a focus on providing sustainable and satisfactory solutions to citizens.

To strengthen grievance redressal, the district administration has also established a dedicated Calling Cell aimed at ensuring follow-up, feedback and permanent resolution of complaints.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that:

• Complaints must be resolved with a positive and citizen-centric approach
• Officers must communicate with complainants and inform them about the action taken
• Proper remarks must be recorded and responses submitted in the prescribed format

He said that continuous monitoring of complaint disposal is being undertaken at the district level to ensure timely outcomes. Under the directions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized; Every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at District Headquarters and Sub-Divisional Headquarters.

These camps provide a single platform where citizens can get issues related to multiple departments resolved on the spot.

As per directions of the Deputy Commissioner, senior officers including City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manjeet Singh, DRO Pramod Chahal and DDPO Rajpal Chahal heard public grievances and issued necessary directions for their resolution.

Officers from various departments including Municipal Corporation, Agriculture, Education, Public Health, Ayush and Ex-Servicemen Welfare were present to ensure immediate action.

Samadhan Shivirs were also organized at Sampla and Meham sub-divisions. At Sampla, SDM Utsav Anand heard complaints and directed prompt action. At Meham, SDM Vipin Kumar reviewed grievances; 3 complaints were received and forwarded for immediate resolution.

 

The Deputy Commissioner reiterated that the objective is permanent resolution of complaints, not temporary disposal. He directed that departments must ensure speed, transparency and accountability and; Citizens must be kept informed and satisfied with the resolution process.

 

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said, “Our aim is to provide quick, transparent and lasting solutions to citizens’ grievances. Every complaint must be resolved with responsibility and sensitivity.”
