DC Sachin Gupta directs to Ensure Permanent Resolution of Citizens’ Grievances

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has issued clear directions to officers to ensure that while resolving complaints received during Samadhan Shivir, they must personally communicate with the concerned citizens and fully satisfy them so that grievances are not reopened after disposal. He emphasized that complaints should be resolved properly to ensure a permanent solution.

DC Sachin Gupta directs to Ensure Permanent Resolution of Citizens’ Grievances

Rohtak, January 12, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has issued clear directions to officers to ensure that while resolving complaints received during Samadhan Shivir, they must personally communicate with the concerned citizens and fully satisfy them so that grievances are not reopened after disposal. He emphasized that complaints should be resolved properly to ensure a permanent solution.

The Deputy Commissioner was listening to citizens’ grievances at the Samadhan Shivir organized by the District Administration at the auditorium of the local Mini Secretariat. While hearing the issues, he issued strict instructions to the officers of the concerned departments present on the spot to ensure early and proper disposal of complaints so that citizens attending the camp get immediate relief. He stressed that officers must talk to the complainants during grievance redressal and clearly explain the entire process being followed by the department, thereby ensuring citizen satisfaction.

Reviewing the pending and reopened complaints of Samadhan Shivir, DC Sachin Gupta directed officers to take appropriate action and ensure permanent resolution of grievances. He instructed that every complaint should be resolved correctly in all respects and that action taken reports should be entered accurately. He said that as per the clear directions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, every grievance brought to Samadhan Shivir must be resolved on the spot so that citizens are not forced to make repeated visits to government offices.

The Deputy Commissioner further informed that as per government directions, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 noon at the District Headquarters as well as at Meham and Sampla Sub-Divisional Headquarters. Senior officers of all departments remain present to resolve grievances. The objective of Samadhan Shivir is to provide on-the-spot resolution of all departmental issues under one roof.

On the occasion, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manjit Singh, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DSP Gulab Singh, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DMC Jitender Singh and senior officers of various departments were present.

Apart from the district level, Samadhan Shivirs were also organized at Sampla and Meham Sub-Divisional Headquarters. At Sampla, SDM Utsav Anand listened to citizens’ grievances along with officers of concerned departments. A total of two complaints were received and necessary directions were issued to the concerned officers for their disposal.

At Meham, SDM Vipin Kumar heard citizens’ grievances in the presence of senior officers. He directed that all complaints received during the camp must be resolved at the earliest. A total of three complaints were received and forwarded to the concerned departments for disposal.
