Rohtak, April 3, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed all officers to ensure the prompt disposal of pending complaints received through Samadhan Shivirs, emphasizing that citizens must be fully satisfied through permanent and effective grievance redressal.

He was addressing officers after reviewing the progress under the Haryana Samadhan Cell at the Mini Secretariat, Rohtak.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the administration has been focusing on clearing pending complaints from 2025, and significant progress has already been achieved in resolving both pending and re-opened cases. Continuous monitoring is being carried out to further reduce the backlog.

He instructed officers to take daily review of pending cases and ensure time-bound resolution, while also maintaining proper documentation in the prescribed updated proforma provided by the Samadhan Cell.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that officers must communicate clearly with complainants, inform them about the action taken, and ensure their satisfaction, so that grievances are resolved in a sustainable manner.

To strengthen feedback mechanisms, a dedicated calling cell has been established, which interacts with citizens to assess the effectiveness of grievance redressal.

The meeting was attended by ADC Narendra Kumar, ASP Ayush Yadav, SDM Sampla Ankita Panwar, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DSP Gulab Singh, Tehsildars Yashpal Sharma and Dinesh Kumar, DEO Manjeet Malik, DEEO Diljeet Singh, Executive Engineer Sanjeev Kumar (PHED), Hydrologist Dalbir Rana, District Sainik Welfare Officer Wing Commander Gaurika Suhag and other officials.

The Deputy Commissioner reiterated that the administration remains committed to responsive governance and effective public grievance redressal.
