Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officers to immediately provide proper redressal to every citizen’s complaint received in the Samadhan Shivir. At these camps, efforts are being made to resolve complaints related to all departments on the spot under one roof.

Rohtak, September 4, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed the officers to immediately provide proper redressal to every citizen’s complaint received in the Samadhan Shivir. At these camps, efforts are being made to resolve complaints related to all departments on the spot under one roof.
DC Sachin Gupta, along with ADC & CEO of Zila Parishad Narendra Kumar, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhull, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, and DRO Pramod Chahal, was hearing public grievances at the Samadhan Shivir held at the Conference hall of the local Mini Secretariat. He instructed officers to ensure that citizens’ complaints are resolved in one go at the camp itself.
DC Sachin Gupta said that the state government is providing the benefits of various schemes to eligible beneficiaries based on the data of the Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID). He clarified that citizens can bring their problems written on plain paper by hand. The district administration will take full action on such complaints. Citizens do not need to get their applications typed on a computer. For those unable to write, the district administration has arranged for assistance in writing complaints at the Samadhan Shivir. For matters such as amendments in Municipal Corporation and CREED-related details, data entry operators of the concerned departments are present at the Samadhan Shivir to make corrections on the spot.
On this occasion, DMC Jitender Singh, X.En. UHBVN Ramender Malik, DFSC Varindra Singh, District Social Welfare Officer Mahabir Godara, LDM Mahabir Prasad, District Welfare Officer Renu Sisodia, Secretary of District Red Cross Society Shyam Sunder, along with senior officers of various departments were present.
