DC Sachin Gupta directs officials to present a Status Report on Pending Complaints from Samadhan Camps on Monday

He further instructed that officials should work with the aim of transforming the city into a beautiful and model city before the Dussehra festival.

Rohtak, August 22, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, while reviewing the redressal of complaints from Samadhan Camps, directed officials to present a status report of pending complaints on Monday. He further instructed that officials should work with the aim of transforming the city into a beautiful and model city before the Dussehra festival.
DC Sachin Gupta, while presiding over a review meeting on Samadhan Camps, said that departments concerned with pending complaints must prepare a status report so that these complaints can be addressed properly. He emphasized that complaints should be resolved effectively and a consolidated list of complaints should also be prepared to avoid repetitive registrations of the same issue. Officers were also instructed to attach with the report the details of action already taken by their departments on the complaints.
The Deputy Commissioner directed that officials should analyze the complaints received in the camps to identify areas with the highest number of problems. Based on this analysis, an action plan should be prepared to ensure permanent solutions. He further instructed the Public Health Department to ensure disposal of all pending drinking water and sewerage-related complaints within one month. He instructed the The Irrigation Department, Social Welfare Department, Municipal Corporation, Zila Parishad, and other related departments to resolve the pending complaints promptly.
On this occasion, BJP District President Ranbir Dhaka, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DSP Dilip Singh, District Development & Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, District Revenue Officer Pramod Chahal, along with senior officials of concerned departments were present.
