Rohtak, February 6, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta issued strict directions to officers to ensure that re-opened complaints from Samadhan Shivirs are disposed of properly and in a permanent manner by obtaining the signatures of the Eminent Persons appointed by the government.

The Deputy Commissioner was addressing officials after a review meeting of the Haryana Samadhan Cell’s grievance-redressal camps at the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat in Rohtak. He emphasised that complaints must be handled with a positive approach and that officers should engage directly with citizens, inform them about departmental action taken, and ensure their satisfaction.

He further directed that pending complaints of Samadhan Shivirs should be resolved on priority and that no grievance should remain unresolved for long periods. Officers were instructed to ensure fair and timely redressal in all cases.

DC Sachin Gupta also asked officers to immediately resolve pending complaints on the CM Window in addition to those received through Samadhan Shivirs. He noted that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini regularly reviews grievance redressal on all complaint portals.

He directed all departments to routinely monitor and act upon grievances received through CM Window, SMGT, CPGRAMS, Jansamvad and Samadhan Shivirs portals, and ensure their expeditious disposal.

Senior officers from the police, municipal administration, health, education, public works, urban development, social welfare, and other departments were present during the meeting.
