Rohtak, September 1, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officials to resolve complaints received in Samadhan Camps with a positive approach and provide appropriate solutions at the earliest. He said that the district administration is carrying out drainage work from agricultural land on a war footing to ensure farmers’ crops are not damaged. The district administration is fully committed to the safety of the people.

DC Sachin Gupta, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, was listening to public grievances during a Samadhan Camp at the Mini Secretariat Conference hall. While hearing complaints, he instructed officials of the Public Health Department to immediately clear blocked sewers whenever such complaints are received and to ensure the supply of clean and adequate drinking water to citizens. Regarding complaints of amendment in annual income in the Family ID, he said that if the complainant has filed an ITR, changes will be made accordingly; otherwise, a physical verification of the family’s income will be carried out by the administration.

While listening to a complaint from Pakasma residents regarding smooth drainage in the local drain, he instructed the Irrigation Department officials present at the spot to immediately conduct an inspection and take necessary action. He added that the district administration is fully alert about drainage issues and all concerned departments have been directed to keep their resources ready 24x7. The administration is fully prepared to deal with any emergency situation.

During the Samadhan Camp, the Deputy Commissioner also heard complaints related to the Municipal Corporation, UHBVN, Public Health Department, CREDA, Irrigation, HSVP, Police, Social Welfare, Welfare Department, LDM, and others. He instructed the officials present to resolve these complaints at the earliest. He said that as per the directions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Camps are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon at the district and sub-divisional headquarters to provide quick redressal of citizens’ complaints under one roof.

On this occasion, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhull, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DRO Pramod Chahal, DMC Jitender Singh, District Sainik and Paramilitary Welfare Officer Wing Commander Gaurika Suhag, UHBVN Executive Engineer Gagan Pandey, PWD Executive Engineer Arun Kumar, Transport Department Traffic Manager Naveen Kumar, District Social Welfare Officer Mahabir Godara, DFSC Varindra Singh, Hydrologist Dalbir Rana, LDM Mahabir Prasad, along with senior officers of other were present.
