Rohtak, March 16, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to ensure that complaints received during Samadhan Camps are resolved on priority so that citizens receive timely and effective solutions to their grievances.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that officers should engage with the concerned citizens while resolving complaints and inform them about the action taken by the department, ensuring a satisfactory and lasting resolution of grievances.

DC Sachin Gupta informed that, as per the directions of the Government, Samadhan Camps are being organised every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the district headquarters as well as at sub-divisional headquarters. Citizens can present their grievances related to various departments during these camps.

He said that the objective of these camps is to provide on-the-spot resolution of citizens’ problems under one roof by bringing officials of different departments together. The Government is also regularly reviewing the disposal of complaints received in these camps through virtual monitoring.

Following the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, a Samadhan Camp was organised at the Mini Secretariat, Rohtak, where City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, Secretary RTA Virender Singh Dhull, DSP Dalip Singh and DRO Pramod Chahal heard the grievances of citizens.

During the camp, officers directed the concerned departments to resolve the complaints at the earliest. City Magistrate Ankit Kumar also instructed officers to clear pending and reopened complaints without delay.

Officials present during the camp included DMC Jitender Singh, Deputy Director Agriculture Dr. Surender Malik, Executive Engineer UHBVN Seema Nara, Executive Engineer Public Health Sandeep Singh, DEEO Diljeet Singh, District Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Satpal, LDM Mahavir Prasad, DIO Mahesh Bhardwaj, Hydrologist Dalbir Rana and other officers.

Samadhan Camps were also organised at the Sampla and Meham Sub-Divisional Headquarters.

At Sampla, the camp was chaired by SDM Utsav Anand, who heard grievances of citizens and directed the concerned departments to take prompt action. Three complaints were received during the camp, which were forwarded to the respective departments for resolution. Naib Tehsildar Ashok Kumar and other officials were also present.

At Meham, the camp was chaired by SDM Vipin Kumar, who directed officials to ensure prompt disposal of all complaints received during the camp.

The district administration reiterated its commitment to ensuring efficient grievance redressal and improved public service delivery through regular Samadhan Camps.
