Rohtak, March 13, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta has directed all departments to ensure the prompt and effective resolution of complaints received through various public grievance platforms, including CM Window, Samadhan Shivir and Jansamvad portals.

Chairing a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat to assess the status of complaints received through different grievance redressal platforms, the Deputy Commissioner instructed officers to regularly monitor these portals and take timely action on complaints.

He emphasized that the State Government is continuously reviewing the status of complaints received through these platforms, and therefore all officers must ensure that complaints are disposed of within the stipulated time with a satisfactory and sustainable resolution.

DC Sachin Gupta also directed officers to prioritize the oldest pending complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs and ensure their disposal at the earliest. He stressed that while addressing complaints, officials should also communicate directly with the complainants and inform them about the action taken, so that issues are resolved in a transparent and satisfactory manner.

The Deputy Commissioner further instructed all senior officers to personally attend Samadhan Shivirs so that grievances received during these camps can be resolved on the spot through coordinated action by concerned departments.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner also directed all departments to implement Intra Haryana and e-Office systems in their offices at the earliest to strengthen digital governance and improve administrative efficiency.

He instructed that leave applications should be processed only through the Intra Haryana portal, and all official files must be processed through the e-Office system.

DC Sachin Gupta clarified that from April 1 onwards, all officers and employees must apply for leave only through Intra Haryana, and departments must ensure that the system is fully operational in their offices.

He added that the adoption of digital platforms such as Intra Haryana and e-Office will enhance transparency, efficiency and accountability in government functioning.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Manjeet Singh, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DRO Pramod Chahal, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DEEO Diljeet Singh and other senior officials.
