DC Sachin Gupta directs officers to ensure early disposal of pending complaints of Samadhan Shivirs

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers of the concerned departments to ensure early and proper disposal of the pending complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs. He said that the Haryana Government, through the Haryana Samadhan Cell, is continuously monitoring the redressal of complaints received in these camps virtually, and a review of complaint resolution is conducted every Friday.

Rohtak, September 5, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers of the concerned departments to ensure early and proper disposal of the pending complaints received during Samadhan Shivirs. He said that the Haryana Government, through the Haryana Samadhan Cell, is continuously monitoring the redressal of complaints received in these camps virtually, and a review of complaint resolution is conducted every Friday.

DC Sachin Gupta was reviewing the complaints in a meeting of the Samadhan Shivirs held in the Conference Hall of the Mini Secretariat, along with ADC & CEO of Zila Parishad Narendra Kumar, ASP Prateek Agarwal, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DRO Pramod Chahal, and DDPO Rajpal Chahal. He said that the complaints being received in the Samadhan Shivirs are being resolved on a priority basis. The district administration regularly reviews the disposal of such complaints with the concerned departments. All officers have been instructed to dispose of such complaints immediately.

ADC Narendra Kumar, while reviewing the pending complaints, also instructed the officers of the concerned departments to ensure their early disposal. As per the directions of the state government, Samadhan Shivirs are being organized every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the district headquarters and sub-divisional headquarters with the objective of providing immediate redressal of citizens' grievances. During the review meeting, he issued necessary directions to the officers of the Development & Panchayat Department, Sports, Public Health, Education, and other concerned departments.

Those present in the review meeting included Superintendent Engineer of UHBVN Seema Nara, Executive Engineer of Public Health Department Tarun Garg, Executive Engineer of Irrigation Department Arun Munjal, Hydrologist Dalbir Rana, District Social Welfare Officer Mahavir Godara, Deputy District Education Officers Munni Devi and Rajbala, along with other officials and employees of the concerned departments.
