Rohtak, February 2, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to ensure swift and proper disposal of every grievance received during Samadhan Shivirs, which are being organized to provide instant redressal to public complaints from all departments under one roof.
The Deputy Commissioner was hearing public grievances at the Samadhan Shivir held in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat, where City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DRO Pramod Chahal and DDPO Rajpal were also present.
DC Sachin Gupta said that as per the directions of CM Nayab Singh Saini, the District Administration is organizing Samadhan Shivirs every Monday and Thursday from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the District Headquarters as well as at Sampla and Meham Sub-Divisional Headquarters.
He instructed officers to maintain direct communication with complainants while resolving cases and keep citizens informed about the action being taken so that permanent solutions are achieved. Officers were also directed to record proper remarks, upload necessary documents, and work daily on clearing pending cases to ensure time-bound redressal of all grievances.
