DC Sachin Gupta assigns Wards and areas to officers under the Haryana Shehar Swachhta Campaign
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to continuously monitor cleanliness in their respective allotted areas under the Haryana Shehar Swachhta Campaign. Senior district officials have been allotted urban and rural areas, where they will not only accelerate the cleanliness drive but also ensure facilities like water drainage, drinking water supply, road safety, and other essential services.

Rohtak, August 25, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed officers to continuously monitor cleanliness in their respective allotted areas under the Haryana Shehar Swachhta Campaign. Senior district officials have been allotted urban and rural areas, where they will not only accelerate the cleanliness drive but also ensure facilities like water drainage, drinking water supply, road safety, and other essential services.
Municipal Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma has been appointed overall in-charge for urban areas, while CEO, Zila Parishad will be overall in-charge for rural areas.
As per the orders issued by DC Sachin Gupta, ADC Narendra Kumar has been allotted Municipal Corporation wards 2, 3, 4, 16, and 17. MD of Rohtak Cooperative Sugar Mill, Shweta Suhag, has been allotted wards 1 and 22. Secretary, RTA, Virender Singh Dhull has been allotted wards 20 and 21. City Magistrate Ankit Kumar has been allotted wards 5, 6, 7 and 8. OSD to Divisional Commissioner, Shubham, has been allotted wards 12, 13, 14, and 15. GM, Haryana Roadways, Vipin Kumar has been allotted wards 9, 10, and 11. District Revenue Officer Pramod Chahal has been allotted wards 18 and 19.
For rural areas, BDPO Rohtak has been given responsibility for Rohtak block rural areas. Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, Kalanaur has responsibility for Kalanaur municipal area. BDPO Kalanaur has responsibility for Kalanaur block. Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, Meham has responsibility for the Meham municipal area. BDPO Meham has responsibility for the Meham block. BDPO Lakhanmajra has responsibility for Lakhanmajra block. Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, Sampla has responsibility for Sampla municipal area. BDPO Sampla has responsibility for the Sampla block.
All departments and agencies have been directed to attach before-and-after photos with their daily reports. Strict action will be taken against any officers found negligent.
