DC honours officials, employees, NGOs industrialists for contribution during floods and Grand Nagar Kirtan

Ludhiana, December 11, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain on Thursday felicitated officials, employees of various departments, NGOs and industrialists for their contribution during floods prevention and relief operations and Grand Nagar Kirtan organized to mark Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th Martyrdom Day.
While handing over appreciation letters to these employees, the DC lauded the vanguard role played by them in flood prevention and relief management. He added that every single person of them has been on front foot. He exhorted them to continue to perform their duty efficiently with renewed zeal and passion. He said that the indomitable spirit and fortitude displayed by them was an example for the others. He expressed hope that they would continue to perform exceptionally well in ensuring service to humanity.
