Day-4 of FDP on “How to develop a Technology” 

Chandigarh, April 8, 2022: Today was the fourth day of the Faculty Development Program on “How to develop a Technology” organized by Technology Enabling Centre, Panjab University in collaboration with Human Resource Development Centre, Panjab University.

Prof. (Dr.) H.K. Sardana who has been the chief scientist at CSIO-CSIR guided the participating faculty members on “Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement” by sharing his valuable thoughts on this topic.
“For learning how to sign/ prepare a non-disclosure agreement, it is very important to know what not to do while signing/ preparing a Non-Disclosure agreement”, Dr. Sardana said.
For the later part of the program, TEC team assisted the participating faculty members in writing proposal for problem statements chosen by the faculty members after they had interaction with the industry yesterday where TEC team members, Er. Ankush Gawri and Dr. Sahil Kapoor also arranged industrial visit of two of the faculty members at “Tynor Orthotics Private Limited”.
Prof. Manu Sharma encouraged and guided the participating faculty members on how to reach out various companies related to their fields to gather information about the problems faced by the industries in order to further provide solutions to them through their research work.
