Jalandhar, September 13, 2026: DAV University, Jalandhar, has added another achievement to its sporting record as two of its talented athletes clinched Gold Medals at the Senior National Kickboxing Championship 2026, held from September 8 to 12, 2026 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Representing DAV University, Rajju Kumari, student of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, secured the Gold Medal in the –50 kg Light Contact (LC) category, showcasing impressive skill and determination against strong national-level competitors.
In another notable achievement, Harkaran Singh Sandhu bagged the Gold Medal in the –63 kg Light Contact (LC) category. His performance reflected his rigorous preparation, discipline and commitment to excellence in kickboxing.
