Jalandhar, March 16, 2015: BJMC Department of DAV College, Jalandhar took an edge over all the other colleges and universities in Communis 2015 - National Media Fest organised by Doaba College Jalandhar on March 13. The college participated in all the items and bagged the following prizes: Visual Add - 3rd (Ajit, Yetesh, Kartik, Vishal, Krishang), Documentary - 2nd (Kartik, Rajmeet, Yetesh, Aditya), Rap - 3rd (Aditya), Choreography - 2nd (Ajit, Neha, Sumit, Maninder, Vishal, Ketam, Bawa & Avneet), Personality Reflection - Consolation (Ajit), Report Writing - 2nd (Aditya) and Photography - 1st (Yetesh Sharma).
At the conclusion of the Prize distribution ceremony, what else could be more glorious than the student lifting the 1st runners up trophy which clearly defined the sonorous performance of the students in the fest and ensured their lustrous future.
Principal Dr BB Sharma, Head of the department Prof. Meenakshi Mohan, Assistant Professors Jyoti Vardhan Mahajan, Pretty Dhawan and Gaurav Maini congratulated the students on their victory.
