Daughter of famous oncologist scores 98.6 per cent in medical stream

Chandigarh:  Aanya Bedi, a student of Class XII of Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh has topped the school in the medical stream with 98.6%. She is the daughter of Dr.Rajeev Bedi, a medical oncologist at Fortis Hospital, Mohali and Dr Neetu Bedi, and has a younger sister Adah. Aanya has always been a bright student and believes in hard work and persistence. 
"My parents are my role models and I want to become a doctor like them.I have a desire to pursue medical research so that I am able to help in alleviating suffering caused by diseases by using path breaking  research  and scientific medical interventions." Said Aanya Bedi who is on cloud nine after topping her school in the medical stream of Class 12 CBSE boards.
