Mumbai, February 12 2024: Amazon miniTV - Amazon’s free video streaming service, recently released entrepreneurial drama, Hustlers- Jugaad Ka Khel. The series has been making waves among the audience leaving a lasting impact on their hearts and minds. Garnering an impressive rating of 8.2 on IMDb, the series is a wholesome blend of some relatable characters, narrative, and an array of emotions.

The story follows Sanjay Sharma's journey from a small town to the entrepreneurial world of Mumbai, set in 2010. He enters the elite corridors of IIE Bombay and decides to venture into entrepreneurship despite constant family comparisons. He meets Mihir Jain, a guiding force who fuels his determination to make his name in the start-up world.

Shedding light on the character of Mihir, Samir Kochhar spoke in detail about his preparation for the role. He shared, “First of all, it was a lot of fun to play Mihir Jain's part. I remember meeting Harsh, our director, who has been supremely clear about what he wants to make as a show. And, you know, we had a couple of reads initially to start with. We met all the other characters and everything fell into place seamlessly as each person knew precisely what was expected of them.  Talking about Mihir Jain, he is a very established VC who probably is one of the early risers in 2010 in the world of start-ups. He served as a mentor alongside Sanjay. I had to deep dive into the kind of look, and feel of the character, and his take on the start-up culture. He's not only investing in the boy, in the business plan, but he's investing in the person, who is Sanjay.”

Adding to this, Vishal Vashishtha, portraying the character of Sanjay Sharma shared his major takeaway from the series. “One thing I learned is that curiosity, dedication, and focused efforts never go in vain. Also, more often than not, the things we see as obstacles in our lives are motivations in disguise,” he expressed.
