Jalandhar, May 30, 2019: An awareness programme was organised at CT Public School and CT World School on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day. The programme was attended by the students and staff members with great zeal and enthusiasm. The programme enlightened the children on hazards of smoking, consuming tobacco and other intoxicant ingredients. A drawing/painting competition was also organised with a message "Just Say No To Tobacco”
Principal CT Public School Daljeet Rana and Principal CT World School Madhu Sharma delivered a motivational speech on the ill effects of tobacco, it’s addicting nature and how it leads to fatal and incurable diseases. They advised the students to take an oath not to follow the practice of consumption of tobacco.
