CT Institute of Law hosts Seminar on Drug Awareness: Attendees pledge to combat drug abuse

Jalandhar, July 30, 2024: The CT Institute of Law, under the aegis of the CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur, Jalandhar, hosted a significant seminar on drug awareness. This impactful event was organized following the recommendations of Patron in Chief Punjab State Legal Services and Chief Justice Sheel Nagu of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Nirbhow Singh Gill, Ld. District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Jalandhar, Manjinder Singh, District & Sessions Judge-cum-Member Secretary, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, and Bagicha Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, DLSA.

Assistant Defence Counsel Muskan also enriched B.Com LLB and BA LLB students with a career counseling session for freshmen and provided information about free legal aid.

A notable event highlight was the collective pledge taken by all attendees to stand against drug abuse. The seminar aimed to increase awareness about the perils of drug abuse and cultivate a joint commitment from the CT Group to address this urgent matter.
