Jalandhar, October 17, 2025: In a remarkable victory, CT Institute of Engineering, Management and Technology (CTIEMT), Shahpur Campus has been declared the Overall Winner of the IKG PTU Youth Festival North Zone, triumphing with four overall trophies in Fine Arts, Theatre, Dance, and Music, along with nine gold medals across major events.
The First Runner-up title was awarded to Khalsa College of Engineering, Amritsar. Out of 19 participating teams, CTIEMT’s talented students delivered outstanding performances in multiple categories, securing nine gold medals in: Giddha (Best Dancer – Muskanpreet Kaur), Skit (Theatre), Group Song Western, Western Vocal Solo, Group Shabad (Bhajan), Music, Mehendi, and Poster Making.
These victories underline the institute’s artistic depth and cultural vibrancy, as students excelled across music, theatre, and fine arts segments, showcasing creativity and teamwork at its best.
The event witnessed the esteemed presence of S. Harpreet Singh (Vice Chairman, CT Group), Dr. Shiv Kumar (Director Campus), Er. Davinder Singh (Group Director, Student Welfare), Dr. Arjun (Dean, Student Welfare), and Mr. Sarvesh (Cultural Coordinator), who congratulated the winning teams and mentors for their stellar performances.
Expressing his pride, Vice Chairman S. Harpreet Singh said- “This grand win reflects CT Group’s unwavering belief in holistic education that encourages excellence in every sphere. Our students have once again proved that talent backed with hard work always shines bright.”
Adding further, Er. Davinder Singh, Group Director of Student Welfare, stated, “Winning across four major domains and clinching nine gold medals is a monumental achievement. It speaks volumes of the passion, discipline, and dedication our students bring to every competition.”
With this sweeping victory, CTIEMT has once again raised the bar of cultural and artistic excellence, proudly lifting the Overall Winner Trophy of the IKG PTU Youth Festival North Zone.
