CT Group’s fashion design students learn modern techniques in stitching

Jalandhar, October 23, 2021: Department of Fashion Designing, CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur organized a workshop on modern techniques in stitching and embroidery work.

The resource person for the occasion remained Maninder Pal Singh, Manager from Usha International Limited.  During this workshop, he discussed about the new series of Usha Janome Sew Magic Machine which has 30 different types of stitches pattern, Barbie and allure deluxe and both have 21 different types of stitches pattern which can be done on different types of fabrics.

Pallavi Kapoor, HOD told the students that learning and implementing new techniques makes the student industry ready and a fashion student must be updated with latest techniques in fashion industry.

Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group also motivated the students and briefed them about the importance of these workshops in sharpening their skills.
