CT Group Students Shine at Freedom Run as 700+ Runners Celebrate Fitness and Freedom
The Freedom Run, organised on the occasion of Independence Day by Unplugged Experiences and Daud Runners, brought together more than 700 runners in a spirited celebration of fitness, freedom and national pride. Held at Ameera’s Mansions near CT Group of Institutions on 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, fitness enthusiasts and members of the community.
Jalandhar, August 17, 2026: The Freedom Run, organised on the occasion of Independence Day by Unplugged Experiences and Daud Runners, brought together more than 700 runners in a spirited celebration of fitness, freedom and national pride. Held at Ameera’s Mansions near CT Group of Institutions on 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, fitness enthusiasts and members of the community.
The event was supported by Amrit Malwa Capital Limited as the Title Sponsor, CT Group of Institutions as the Education Partner, Ameera’s Mansions as the Venue Partner and USI as the Sports Partner, bringing together leading stakeholders to promote fitness, youth participation and the spirit of a healthier and stronger India.
Adding a proud moment to the celebration, CT Group students delivered an impressive performance at the Freedom Run. Gagandeep, an MBA student, secured the 2nd position, while Sandeep Kumar, a Diploma student, clinched the 3rd position. Their achievements brought laurels to CT Group and showcased the determination, discipline and sporting spirit of its young learners.
The participation of 700+ runners made the Freedom Run a memorable Independence Day initiative, creating an atmosphere of unity, enthusiasm and community spirit. The event encouraged participants to embrace an active lifestyle while celebrating the values of freedom, perseverance and togetherness.
