Jalandhar, March 15, 2024: In a remarkable endeavor showcasing culinary expertise and innovation, students of Hotel Management at CT Group made a groundbreaking attempt to set a Limca Book of Records record by preparing 307 different types of Kheer. This ambitious feat not only highlighted the students' culinary skills but also underscored their commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity in the field of hospitality.

The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Narinder, HR Manager of Fortune Hotel Jalandhar, and Chef Surjit, Executive Chef at Fortune Hotel Jalandhar, adding expertise and encouragement to the students' efforts. Distinguished personalities such as Dr. Rajan Sharma, Director of Pehal NGO Amritsar, Prof. Mini Sharma, Head of Khalsa College for Women Amritsar, Asha Rani, Principal of Govt Senior Secondary School Beas Pind, and Seema Rani, Principal of Govt Senior Secondary School Santokpura, also honored the occasion. Additionally, Sukhwinderjeer Singh and Sanjay, Lecturers at Govt Senior Secondary Schools Beas Pind and Santokpura respectively, along with Er. Rajesh Kumar, Training and Placement Officer at Mehar Chand Polytechnic College Jalandhar graced the event with their presence.
