CT Group Organises Water Distribution Drive for Traffic Police Personnel

Jalandhar, June 2, 2026: With temperatures soaring across the region and traffic police personnel spending long hours on duty under the blazing sun, CT Group organised a water distribution drive to support their well-being and express gratitude for their dedicated service. Organised by the Department of Student Welfare (DSW), the initiative aimed to provide much-needed hydration and relief to the officers who work tirelessly to ensure public safety and smooth traffic management despite the harsh weather conditions.
As part of the drive, students of CT Group distributed drinking water, lassi, and other hydration refreshments to traffic police personnel stationed at Jalandhar Heights, BMC Chowk, Guru Nanak Mission Chowk, Nakodar Chowk, Guru Ravidas Chowk, Wadala Chowk, and Apeejay Chowk.
The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Arjan Singh, Dean Student Welfare, along with Amandeep Saini, Manager DSW, and Satpal, Sports Head. Students actively participated in serving refreshments and interacting with the police personnel, acknowledging their dedicated efforts in maintaining public safety and smooth traffic movement across the city.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Arjan Singh said that traffic police personnel continue to serve the community with commitment despite challenging weather conditions. He added that such initiatives not only provide temporary relief but also convey gratitude and respect towards those who work tirelessly for the welfare of society.
The traffic police personnel appreciated the gesture and thanked CT Group for recognising their efforts. Through such community outreach initiatives, CT Group continues to promote the values of social responsibility, compassion, and service among its students while contributing meaningfully to society.
